Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including jewelry box, polishing cloth, and any certificates or tags).

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at info@frizzantefinejewelers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

   Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or size, please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.
