Packaging & Processing

Each order is carefully prepared, packaged in our signature jewelry box, and accompanied by protective wrapping to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Free expedited shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $500.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value pieces.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are fully insured.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim and resolving the issue promptly.
